ONLINE FORM INSTRUCTIONS

If you are interested in opening a line of credit with Lyden Oil Company you will need to complete the Lyden Oil Company Credit Application. If you would like to purchase on a C.O.D. basis, complete the Lyden Oil Company C.O.D. Application. In the event that your company operates with a tax exemption, select and complete the approriate tax exemption form for the state in which your exemption is held. Once all relevent forms have been completed, you may submit them by email to info@lydenoil.com.
